Concrete Project Pricing & Estimates
We won't invent a number. We'll tell you exactly what makes concrete cost more or less — so when you get a real quote, you know what you're paying for.
Specific price ranges for each service will be published once verified. We don't guess at costs.
What we can tell you: every quote is based on real measurements from your property. A phone quote is a guess. The walk-through is where you get a real number — and your start date goes in the contract before any deposit.
Minimum Project Size
300 sq ft
Below 300 sq ft, the fixed costs of mobilization make the per-square-foot cost unreasonable. We'd rather tell you honestly than quote a tiny job at a price that doesn't make sense.
What Drives Cost
Increases Cost
- Demolition and haul-off of existing concrete
- Thicker slabs (5+ inches for heavy vehicles)
- Heavier reinforcement (rebar vs mesh)
- Difficult site access (narrow streets, long hauls, pump trucks)
- Drainage corrections (re-grading, slope adjustments)
- Larger square footage
Decreases Cost
- Standard broom finish (no decorative stamping or coloring)
- Clear, easy access for concrete trucks
- Smaller scope (above the 300 sq ft minimum)
- No demolition — new construction
- Standard slab thickness (4 inches)
Who Shouldn't Hire Us
If you're shopping purely for the lowest bid, we're probably not the right fit. The lowest bid usually means cut corners — thin slabs, no base prep, missing reinforcement. That slab cracks, and you're paying for replacement.
We're the right fit if you value a date in writing, proper prep for Utah freeze-thaw, and working with the owner — not a sales rep. The written start date is the tiebreaker nobody else offers.
